ORDERS

• The minimum order is $25.
• Please note that only the non-firearms portion of your order will be shipped by the following methods:
  • Firearms will only be shipped to FFL dealers or L.E./Government agencies.
  • Prior to shipment to dealers, we must receive by mail an originally-signed (in blue ink) current copy of your FFL.
• Law enforcement officers, please contact us if you wish to individually purchase a firearm and/or high-capacity magazines.
• Merchandise is not for sale, possession, receipt or use where prohibited by law.
• Please contact your local, county or state authorities if you have any questions regarding the law.

FREE standard shipping on orders over $2000.00 on the same invoice (excluding heavy items).

• UPS, FEDEX and U.S. Post ground shipments to the lower 48 states only.
• Shipping route depends on the item and the shipping requirement.

Please note that although we do our best to keep sufficient inventory on hand to meet your needs, there may be times when an extended delivery time may be required due to delays in shipment from the manufacturer. This is difficult to gauge by us because of the seasonal demand or popularity of certain products being purchased at a greater quantity at certain times during the year. We do our best to keep up with your demands.

RETURNS

• Please obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by calling us before returning any packages to our facility.
• We will not accept any returned packages without the RAN on the outside of packaging. (PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE MERCHANDISE OR ITS PACKAGING).
• No returns on firearms that have been issued/approved the form 4473 (we will do our best to help you contact the manufacturer regarding defective merchandise).
• No returns after 10 days, unless authorized.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless it is our mistake.
• All return merchandise must be in the condition in which it was received, which includes all original packaging and material.
• If your package was damaged during shipment, please read the following:

IF YOUR SHIPMENT IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

You must do the following or you may lose your claim on the damaged merchandise:

• Please inspect packaging immediately upon receipt for any visible damage, write “damaged carton” on all receipts given to you before accepting delivery, and report it to the carrier for instructions on claim handling, and contact us immediately.
• Please keep all original packaging, including the shipping labels for inspection by the carrier.
• We will do our best to make you happy and to accommodate you. We appreciate your business and we want you to come back to us with your future needs.
